Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of PrezGo AI regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. PrezGo AI is designed as a secure, ephemeral presentation generation service, not a data storage facility. Our fundamental operating principle is the immediate processing of user inputs to generate content, followed by the systematic deletion of said inputs.

PrezGo AI employs an ephemeral data processing architecture. We collect and process user-supplied text, documents, and instructions exclusively for the generation of presentation materials. This data is processed in real-time and is strictly prohibited from being stored in any permanent, user-accessible database.

• Processing Infrastructure: We leverage Google Vertex AI to perform natural language processing and content generation tasks.
• Prohibition on Persistent Storage: Any files or data uploaded by the user are retained within volatile memory exclusively for the duration of the content generation process.
• Immediate Erasure: Upon the successful completion of the presentation generation, or upon the termination of the active session, all user-provided source files are immediately and irrevocably expunged from our temporary infrastructure.

Operational system logs may be retained for a limited period solely for reliability, security, and product diagnostics. Uploaded source files and generated presentation content are not kept as a permanent archive after your session ends; access to previously uploaded files or generated outputs is generally not available following the conclusion of a session or a page refresh.

When you use Report a bug, we collect your email address, a description of the issue, and technical session logs from that session so we can investigate. If you opt in to include session files, we may also receive chat history, document content, preferences, and related session metadata from your browser for that report only.

This material is used only to diagnose and fix bugs and product issues. It is not used for marketing. Report attachments and related diagnostics are kept only as long as needed for investigation (typically up to thirty (30) days, or until the issue is resolved plus a short buffer), then deleted. Session files are optional; technical logs may be included with every bug report.

We implement enterprise-standard security protocols to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality during transmission and processing operations.

For ordinary product use, uploaded files and generated content are not kept as a long-term archive after the session ends, so conventional access or deletion requests are largely satisfied by session termination and automated cleanup. Material you submit via a bug report is retained only for investigation as described in section 3a (typically up to thirty days). If you have concerns during an active session, you may end the session immediately.
