Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PrezGo service at prezgo.app (“PrezGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). PrezGo is the product name for that website and service. By accessing or using PrezGo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
PrezGo provides AI-assisted tools for creating presentation materials, including speaker notes, handouts, and slide decks. Core product use does not require a PrezGo user account. Content you upload or generate is processed for the duration of your session and is designed to be ephemeral, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Optional features may include exporting files to your device, creating a time-limited share link so others can download a copy, and importing from or saving to your Google Drive or OneDrive account when you choose those options. Features, availability, capacity limits, and free access may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for operations, security, or product evolution.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PrezGo. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use PrezGo only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
If you use PrezGo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You must not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PrezGo for any unlawful purpose, or to generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the service, infrastructure, or other users’ sessions (including abuse of rate limits or automated scraping that harms availability).
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way that is fraudulent or deceptive when contacting support or submitting reports.
- Use outputs to train competing models or services in violation of applicable third-party terms that govern the underlying AI infrastructure, or reverse-engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Upload malware or attempt to interfere with security or privacy controls.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated or when needed to protect the service and other users.
5. Your Content
Your inputs. You retain any rights you already have in text, documents, images, and other materials you provide (“User Content”). You are responsible for User Content and for ensuring you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process it through PrezGo (including materials imported from Google Drive, OneDrive, or other sources, and materials you save to those services).
License to run the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store User Content only as needed to provide the service you request—generating and revising materials in-session, operating the product infrastructure, creating optional share links you request (for a limited time as described in the Privacy Policy), and handling optional support or bug reports you choose to send. This is not a license to sell your content or to use it to train generalized AI models for unrelated purposes. The license ends when processing is complete and temporary copies are removed under our normal retention practices, except for limited operational logs, unexpired share artifacts you created, and materials you voluntarily submit for support.
Share links. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can download the shared file until it expires (typically twenty-four (24) hours). You are responsible for who you share the link with and for not posting confidential materials via share links if that is inappropriate for your use case.
6. Generated Output and AI Limitations
PrezGo uses artificial intelligence (including Google Vertex AI) to generate drafts of speaker notes, handouts, slides, and related materials (“Output”). As between you and us, you may use Output for your lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in underlying models or content.
AI is imperfect. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving Output before publishing, presenting, or relying on it. PrezGo does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Treat every generation as a draft. Export or save anything you need before ending your session (for example download to your device, save to Google Drive or OneDrive, or create a share link); we do not provide a permanent product archive of your files or Output.
7. Intellectual Property
The PrezGo name, logos, user interface, software, documentation, and branding remain ours or our licensors’. These Terms do not grant you rights to use the trademarks or copy the product beyond what is needed to use the service itself.
8. Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and tools (for example cloud hosting, AI generation, analytics, and transactional email). Optional cloud import or export may use Google or Microsoft sign-in and APIs in your browser; those interactions are subject to Google’s or Microsoft’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Privacy
How we collect, process, and delete information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using PrezGo, you also acknowledge that policy.
10. Disclaimers
PrezGo is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your particular purpose. You use the service and Output at your own risk, except for rights you cannot waive under the laws that apply to you.
11. Responsibility and Liability
PrezGo is an AI draft tool. You are responsible for reviewing Output and for how you use it. We are not responsible for decisions, presentations, publications, or other actions you take based on Output, or for data you lose when a session ends without exporting.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. These Terms do not set a fixed liability cap or name a governing law or venue—those are not defined here. Nothing in these Terms is meant to limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under the laws that apply to you.
12. Your responsibility for content and use
You are responsible for your User Content, for having the rights to use it with PrezGo, and for how you use Output. If your content or use of the service causes problems for others or for us (for example rights claims or misuse), you are responsible for that, to the extent the laws that apply to you allow.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using PrezGo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and responsibility) will survive termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of PrezGo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current Terms are always available at prezgo.app/terms/.
