help_outline General FAQ

Product-wide questions. For tool-specific FAQs, see the Speaker Notes, Slides, and Handouts guides.

Do I have to use all three tools in order? expand_more
No. The recommended full path is Speaker Notes → slide deck → Handouts (handouts use the notes and slide deck together). Each tool also works on its own. Notes, Slides, and Handouts are all available now.
Can the AI make mistakes? expand_more
Yes. AI can misread intent, miss detail, or produce awkward wording or layout. Treat outputs as drafts you review. Clearer prompts and instructions (specific sections, goals, and constraints) usually produce better results.
What happens if I leave or reload? expand_more
Uploaded files are deleted from our servers when the generation request ends. Session Hub drafts stay in this browser across reload until you click Clear all or clear site data. Use Export to download, create a 24-hour share link, or save to Google Drive or OneDrive. You may see a leave warning if you have work in progress.
How do I export or share my work? expand_more
Open Export on Speaker Notes, Slides, or Handouts. You can download the file (Word/PDF for notes, PowerPoint for slides, PDF for handouts), generate a share link valid for 24 hours, or save to Google Drive or OneDrive. File names include a product suffix so notes, slides, and handouts stay distinct.
How do share links work? expand_more
From Export, choose Generate link. Anyone with the unique URL can open a landing page and download the file for 24 hours. After that the link expires. Recipients do not need a PrezGo account. Only share links when you are comfortable with who can access the file.
Can I import from Google Drive or OneDrive? expand_more
Yes. On upload screens, choose Add file, then This device, Google Drive, or OneDrive. You sign in with that provider only to pick a file — PrezGo does not store your cloud password. You can also save finished exports back to Drive or OneDrive from the Export dialog.
How do I get help or report a problem? expand_more
Contact Support for general questions. Help is on Speaker Notes, Slides, Preferences, and Handouts screens. Report a bug is on Speaker Notes, Slides, and Handouts (optional session files). Read what people say on PrezGo reviews.
