How PrezGo fits together

Write notes, generate slides, create handouts — as one path or as separate tools. Start wherever your material already is.

Guides

Jump into a tool for deeper detail.

Flexible workflow

Full path when you want everything — or use any step alone.

Recommended full path
1

Speaker Notes

Build your script in chat with a live print preview.

2

Slide deck Coming soon

Generate presentation slides from those notes.

3

Handouts

Create takeaways from the notes + slide deck together.

Notes and Handouts are available now. Slides generation is on the way — until then, use your own PowerPoint in Handouts if you need a deck.

The three tools

Each tool works on its own — you don’t need the full path. A slide deck is your set of presentation slides (usually a PowerPoint file).

1. Brainstorm & Notes Available

AI coach chat with a print-ready preview as you approve content. Review carefully — AI can make mistakes; clearer prompts help.

Chat brainstorm Speaker Notes Export .docx / PDF
  • Scope first — audience, length, and nature/tone (required before chat starts)
  • Title — brainstorm and approve
  • Topic — what the talk covers
  • Table of contents — approve the outline
  • Sections — draft each part, then Send to Document
  • Complete — when the draft is done
  • Edit Section… — revise any section, then send the update back to the document
  • Export — Word (.docx) or PDF
  • More detail and FAQs: Speaker Notes guide

2. Generate Slides Coming soon

Turns notes into a slide deck (your presentation slides).

Notes Slide deck Export .pptx

Until it ships, upload a PowerPoint (.pptx) into Handouts if you need a slide deck there. See the Slides guide.

3. Generate Handouts Available

Polished, printable audience takeaways from notes and/or a slide deck.

Notes and/or Slide deck Preferences Generate handouts Revise PDF
  • Upload — notes (.docx) and/or a slide deck (.pptx). Either alone is enough. Max 50MB each.
  • Preferences — detail, audience, setting, tone, colors, event fields, “use only my files,” and extra instructions
  • Generate handouts — time depends on size and traffic (~3–15 min typical); keep the tab open
  • Revise — first result is a draft (AI can err); clearer chat prompts help; use Chat, Undo, then PDF
  • Undo — reverts the last revision if a change goes wrong
  • Export — PDF when you are ready
  • More detail and FAQs: Handouts guide

Privacy & support

Your work

Uploads clear when the session ends or the page reloads. Export before you leave (Word/PDF for notes; PDF for handouts). Leave warnings may appear if you have progress. AI can make mistakes — review drafts; clearer instructions tend to work better.

Contact Support

General questions via the Contact form. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.

In the product

Help on Notes, Preferences, and Handouts screens. Report a bug on Notes and Handouts (optional session files).

General FAQ

Product-wide questions. For tool-specific FAQs, see the Speaker Notes, Slides, and Handouts guides.

Do I have to use all three tools in order?

No. The recommended full path is Speaker Notes → slide deck → Handouts (handouts use the notes and slide deck together). Each tool also works on its own. Slides generation is coming soon; Notes and Handouts are available now.

Can the AI make mistakes?

Yes. AI can misread intent, miss detail, or produce awkward wording or layout. Treat outputs as drafts you review. Clearer prompts and instructions (specific sections, goals, and constraints) usually produce better results.

What happens if I leave or reload?

Uploaded files are deleted when the session ends or the page reloads. Work is not kept as a permanent archive. Export first — Word or PDF from Speaker Notes, PDF from Handouts. You may see a leave warning if you have work in progress.

How do I get help or report a problem?

Contact Support for general questions. Help is on Speaker Notes, Preferences, and Handouts screens. Report a bug is on Speaker Notes and Handouts (optional session files).
