Step-by-Step Writing Flow
1
1. Tell Us About Your Presentation
Before drafting, select your intended audience, presentation length, and presentation tone under Before we draft the deck. Submit at least one field to start chatting. Optional reference files (.docx or .pdf) can be attached via Google Drive or local upload to ground your script in existing material.
2
2. Brainstorm Titles & Outline
PrezGo proposes presentation titles and an outline of sections. Refine section titles in chat until you are satisfied with the structure, then click Approve ToC to begin drafting your sections.
3
3. Draft Section by Section
We draft sections one at a time so you can focus on each talking point. Read each section draft, tweak in Chat if needed, then click Send to Document. The preview pane updates instantly.
4
4. Polish Any Section & Continue
When all sections are complete, click Edit Section… anytime to revise any individual part of your talk. Click Generate → Slides or Generate → Handouts to pre-load your approved script directly into other tools.

Speaker Notes FAQ
What do Chat and Preview mean on mobile?expand_more
On smaller screens you switch between Chat (conversation, scope form, options, Send to Document) and Preview (print-size pages). Approved outline and notes show on Preview. After you approve something, open Preview to confirm it. Pinch to zoom and scroll to pan. On desktop, chat and preview sit side by side.
Can the AI make mistakes in Speaker Notes?expand_more
Yes. Suggested titles, outlines, and section scripts can miss your intent or include awkward wording. Always review before you approve or export. Clearer prompts and instructions (audience, tone, what to include or avoid) usually produce better results.
Do I set scope before I start chatting?expand_more
Yes. Fill in audience, presentation length, and/or presentation nature or tone under Before we draft the deck, then submit. Chat stays locked until you do. That context is used for the whole document unless you override a section later while editing.
Can I edit the table of contents after I approve it?expand_more
No. Adjust section titles and order in chat before you approve the ToC. Once approved, the outline is locked for that draft. Plan the structure carefully before you send it to the document.
Can I edit an earlier section while I am still drafting later ones?expand_more
No — not while you are mid-draft. Sections are completed in order. Finish the remaining sections first. When the draft is complete, use Edit Section… to revise any section.
Can I change a section after the draft is complete?expand_more
Yes. Use Edit Section… to pick a section, revise it in chat, and send the update back to the document. That is the supported path for fixing sections you already sent to the document. On mobile, check Preview after you send the update.
What can I export from Speaker Notes?expand_more
From Export: Word (.docx) or PDF, plus a 24-hour share link or save to Google Drive or OneDrive. From Generate: Handouts or Slides. Handouts preloads your notes as a Word file on the Handouts upload screen; Slides preloads notes on Slides setup.
Is slide generation available from Speaker Notes?expand_more
Yes. Generate → Slides exports your approved script as a `.docx` file and opens Slides Setup with your script pre-loaded as the source file. Generate → Handouts is also available.
How do share links work?expand_more
In Export, generate a unique link. Anyone with the URL can download the file for 24 hours; then the link expires. Recipients do not need a PrezGo account.
Will I lose my notes if I leave the page?expand_more
Work is not stored as a permanent cloud archive of your scripts. If you have progress, you may see a leave warning. Use Export (download, share link, or cloud save) if you need a keepable copy.
