24-Hour Secure Shareable Links
What Are 24-Hour Share Links?
PrezGo's shareable links let you instantly distribute generated presentation materials — including Word scripts (.docx), PowerPoint decks (.pptx), and printable A4 handouts (.pdf) — to colleagues, clients, or students without sending email attachments or requiring recipients to register.
No Account Required: Recipients click the link to land on a clean, ad-free download page with a 1-click download button.
Automatic 24-Hour Expiration: All share links automatically deactivate after 24 hours, ensuring your file isn't left permanently public online.
Data Purge Protection: When the 24-hour window closes, the temporary file is completely erased from PrezGo servers.

Session Privacy & Retention Rules
PrezGo is built around session-based privacy. Uploaded source files and generated drafts are stored temporarily in active session memory.
When you close your browser tab or reload the page, temporary session files are permanently deleted. Always use Export (Local Download, 24-Hour Share Link, Google Drive, or OneDrive) before ending your work session.
